|Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) has its office at Jaipur (Rajasthan) 32 Member Associations. AKFI is the Apex Body to regulate the All forms of Kabaddi i.e National, Indoor, Beach and Circle Style. AKFI is affiliated to Indian Olympic Association, Asian Kabaddi Federation and International Kabaddi Federation. AKFI is recognized by Ministry of youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

|The powers and duties of officers and employees are decided & Governed by the constitution of AKFI.
|The procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability.
|Different powers have been delegated by the General Body to the officers and committees at various levels for performing their duties.

|Norms, as are received from the IKF and AKF are the guiding principles for discharging various functions.
|The rules, regulations, instructions manuals and records, held by it for under its controller or used by its employees for discharging its functions.
|For discharging various functions employees/Office Bearers/Technical Officials of the Federation use Rule Book of the Federation. The resolutions made during annual general body also become guiding force.

|Documents, as required under law, rules and regulations, such as, Entry Forms, Result Sheets, Vouchers of Income and Expenses are held by the Federation, in its office.
|The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof.
|AKFI does not deal directly with the public
|A statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of which meetings are accessible for public.
|As AKFI does not deal directly with public there is no such provision however the minutes of annual general body are place on website
